What the F*** is a YΞS Race?
Very simple, super effective: It combines functional workout stations and short running.
10 differents workout stations, in between each, 400m running!
The Race takes place Outdoor, of course, because we are fresh air lovers, where you can bring your friends and family to support you while enjoying seeing you suffering and having FUN!

The best part? Compete as a Team of 3, mixte!

Station 01 → Squat
100 squats to perform together synchronised, with weighted ball of 4/6/8kg, one ball per person, share as you want.

1000m rowing machine
Rules: one is rowing, one is holding plank, one is resting, share as you want.

Station 03 → Lunges
50 lunges with 2x5kg dumbbells
50 lunges with 2x7,5kg dumbells
50 lunges with 2x12,5kg dumbells
Perform all the lunges together synchronised, share the weights as you want.

100cal assault Bike
Rules: one is biking, one hold 20kg ball, one rest, share as you want.

Station 05 → Swing
50 Kb swing with 12kg Kettlebell
50 Kb swing with 16kg Kettlebell
50 Kb swing with 20kg Kettlebell
Perform all the Kb swing together synchronised, share the weights as you want.

1000m Skierg
Rules: one is Skiing, one is holding a 10kg plate overhead, one is resting, share as you want.

100 jump over the box, to share as you want.

50 burpees to perform together synchronised.

Station 10 → Farmer carry
1 lap of farmer carry with 2 kettlebell of 12/16/24kg, share as you want.

*all the stations must be finished in maximum 5min, time penalties will be applied if you can't finish the station, you better move your ass baby!
