RACE STRONG, HAVE FUN

What the F*** is a YES Race?
Very simple, super effective: It combines functional workout stations and short running.
10 differents workout stations, in between each, 300m running!
The Race takes place Outdoor, of course, because we are fresh air lovers, where you can bring your friends and family to support you while enjoying seeing you suffering and having FUN!

For now participants will compete as a team of 3, in the futur we will have a solo mode for the craziest.


Station 1 - Squat 🔽
100 squats to perform together synchronized, with weighted ball of 4/6/8kg, one ball per person, share as you want
Station 2 - Row 🔽
1000m rowing machine with simple rules: one is rowing, one is holding plank, one is resting, share as you want.
Station 3 - Lunges 🔽
50 lunges with 2x5kg dumbbells
50 lunges with 2x7,5kg dumbells
50 lunges with 2x12,5kg dumbells
Rules: 2 are performing the lunges together synchronized, one is resting, share as you want. The last remaining reps can be performed solo.
Station 4 - Assault Bike 🔽
200 calories total on 2 bikes, 2 are working, 1 is resting, share as you want
Station 5 - Swing 🔽
50 Kb swing with 12kg Kettlebell
50 Kb swing with 16kg Kettlebell
50 Kb swing with 20kg Kettlebell
Rules: 2 are performing the Kb swing together synchronised, share as you want. The last remaining reps can be performed solo.
Station 6 - Ski 🔽
1000m Skierg with simple rules: one is Skiing, one is holding a 10kg plate overhead, one is resting, share as you want.
Station 7 - Box Jump 🔽
100 jump over the box, to share as you want
Station 8 - Burpees 🔽
50 burpees to perform together synchronized.
Station 9 - Abs 🔽
100 sit ups to perform together synchronized.
Station 10 - Farmer carry 🔽
1 lap of farmer carry with kettlebell of 16/20/24, share as you want.
